摘要
在碱催化剂 BZ-1存在下 ,以 N-(2 ,3 -环氧丙基 )三甲基氯化铵 (GTA)为阳离子化试剂 ,干法制备了高取代度季铵型阳离子淀粉 .考察了 BZ-1、水质量分数、反应温度和反应时间对取代度和反应效率的影响 .当淀粉用量为 5 .5 g,GTA用量为 4.5 g时 ,最佳反应条件为BZ-1 0 .8g、反应温度 60℃、反应时间 4h、反应体系水质量分数 2 1 .0 % ;此时取代度可达0 .74,反应效率为 74% .
In presence of alkaline catalyst BZ\|1, the cationic starch with high degree of substitution bearing quaternary amino groups was prepared via the reaction of the starch with glycidyl trimethyl ammonium chloride using the dry process. The effects of alkaline catalyst BZ\|1, reaction temperature, reaction time, amount of water on reaction efficiency were studied and discussed briefly. When the amount of the starch and that of GTA are 5.5 g and 4.5 g respectively, the optimum reaction conditions are as follows: alkaline catalyst BZ\|1 is 0.8 g, reaction time is 4 h, reaction temperature is 60 ℃ and the amount of water is 21.0%; in the meantime, the degree of substitution is 0.74, the reaction efficiency is 74%.
