番茄压差预冷箱内流场分析

Analysis of cold air fluid field in precooling-box for pressure-difference precooling of tomatoes

对番茄预冷过程空气流场的分析是研究番茄在不同预冷条件下温度变化情况的必要步骤 .将番茄压差预冷箱内按一定摆放方式放置的番茄看做是一多孔介质 ,运用多孔介质理论建立了番茄压差预冷箱内冷空气流动的数学模型 ,并采用有限元方法对其进行求解 .文中介绍了有限元网格的划分方法、参数的赋值方法及流动边界条件的确定方法 ,经计算得到压差预冷货物箱内的流场分布 。

By using the porous media theory, a physical and mathematical model has been established for the pressure-difference precooling of tomatoes, and the solution has been obtained by making use of finite element analysis. How to define the parameters and how to divide the meshes have been analyzed as well. The result laid a foundation for studying the temperature field.
