Exploitation of water resources in Enshi Prefecture and its sustainable development

恩施州水资源丰富 ,但利用率偏低 ,污染和水土流失较严重 .基于这一现状 ,针对 2 1世纪中国水资源可持续开发的方向 ,并结合州情 ,对恩施州水资源的可持续发展提出 :用经济杠杆调节用水、创造节水型农业、营造“绿色水库”、发展水产养殖、控制污染源等可行性建议 .

Enshi Prefecture is rich in water resources, but the exploiting rate is relatively low,pollution and soil erosion are very serious.Based on the status quo and the direction of sustainable exploitation of water resources in China in the 21th century as well as the specific conditions in Enshi Prefecture, the sustainable development of water resources in Enshi Prefecture can be like this: regulate the water supply by economic lever, produce water-saving of agriculture , create green reservoirs, develop aquaculture and control the sources of pollution.
