摘要
为确定不同污染因子对钝顶螺旋藻 (Spirulinaplatensis)生长的影响 ,对五种主要水体污染因子Hg2 + 、Cr6+ 、Pb2 + 、酸雨、苯酚各取 5个质量浓度梯度处理钝顶螺旋藻 ,使其在人工控制的环境下生长 ,每天测定培养液的光密度OD560 ,溶氧量DO和pH值以分析其生长情况 .结果表明 :钝顶螺旋藻对Hg2 + 最敏感 ,对Cr6+ ,Pb2 + 和苯酚的敏感性稍低 ,对酸性环境有较强的抵抗力 .
Five environmental pollutants each with different concentrations were used to treat spirulina platensis,which was cultivated under controlled temperature and light intensity. Their OD 560 ,DO and pH were measured every day in order to analyse their status of growth. The results show that spirulina platensis is very sensitive to Hg 2+ , and less sensitive to Cr 6+ , Pb 2+ , phenol, but it has strong resistance to acid rain.
