摘要 以合成的手性磷化合物作为催化剂,将它们用于醛的不对称烷基化反应,所得芳香仲醇大都具有较好的化学产率和较低至中等的ee.值,并对反应机理进行了研究。 Two chiral phosphorus compounds are used in the asymmetric alkylation of aromatic aldehydes with diethylzinc as catalyst. Corresponding aromatic sec-alcohols are obtained in good chemical yield with enantiometric excesses varing from low to moderate. Moreover, the reaction mechanism is also discussed in this paper.
