Application of ASJ-2 Static Electricity Eliminator of Powder in Polypropylene Plant by Block Polymerization

静电是本体法聚丙烯生产和包装过程中的安全隐患。文中介绍了新型AJS -2粉体静电消除器的组成、基本原理及特点 ,并将南阳石蜡精细化工厂聚丙烯装置加装粉体静电消除器后在开机前后所测静电电位做对比 ,并与国标对照 ,说明加装粉体静电消除器后 ,大大提高了聚丙烯装置的安全性 ,消除了安全隐患。

Static electricity is a hidden trouble for safety in the process of manufactory and packing of polypropylene by block polymerization. In this paper the structure, basic working principle, and characteristics of the new type ASJ-2 static electricity eliminator of powder are introduced. And the comparisons were made for testing static electricity potential differences before and after operation started in Paraffin Wax Fine Chemical Plant of Nanyang with the eliminator installed and checked with the National Standard. It can be seen that the eliminator can increase safety and remove hidden troubles for polypropylene production plant.
