本文从隐患项目的监督管理方面 ,提出了隐患治理的基本程序以及治理过程中各个环节的重点监督管理内容。对安全、环境和健康 (HSE)管理体系建立实施过程中规范隐患项目监督管理具有一定的指导借鉴作用。

In this paper, based on the inspection and management of the project with hidden troubles, basic improvement procedure of hidden trouble and key contents of inspection and management in different steps are presented. It can be referred to regulate inspection and management of project with hidden troubles in the process of forming and enforcing of health,safety and environment management system.
