摘要
将微粒捕捉氧化系统和EGR系统相结合 ,提出一种将EGR应用于柴油机的可行方法 ,并测录了NOx ,CO ,HC排放随EGR率的变化及EGR率对发动机性能的影响。试验表明发动机处于中小负荷工况时 ,采用EGR的效果很显著 ;当EGR率为 30 %左右时 ,发动机的排放及综合性能较好 ;发动机在大负荷工况时 ,不宜采用EGR。
In this experiment, the particles snapping oxidizing system is combined with the EGR system,and an available method applying EGR to diesel engine is put forward. The items tested and recorded include the change of NO x with EGR ratio, the change of CO and HC with EGR, and the effect of EGR on the engine performance. The experiment shows that the results of adopting EGR are notable when the engine is in the condition of middle and low load. The exhaust and comprehensive performance is better when the EGR ratio is 30 percent or so.It is suggested not to adopt EGR when the engine is in the condition of high load.
