摘要
根据集成制造的原理 ,结合船舶制造特点和现状 ,分析了建立造船总装生产线的可行性 ,并系统探讨了生产线组织设计和其生产计划控制方式 ,阐明了“集成中间产品”、“中间产品包”、“中间产品组”的内涵及它们之间的关系 ,提出了基于造船总装生产线的PERT (ProgramEvaluationandReviewTechnique)与MRPⅡ (ManufacturingResourcesPlanning)结合方式及生产线节拍定期变动的重要性、可行性。
Based on the integrated manufacture principle and the specialt y of shipbuilding,both the feasibility of shipbuilding production line and desig n of the organization, production plan control mode on production line is discus sed. The concept of 'integrated interim product','interim product group','interim product wrap'and their relationship are elucidated. An integrated pattern about PERT(Plagram Evaluation and Review Technique) and MRPⅡ(Manufacturing Resources Planning)on shipbuilding production line and the essentiality and feasibility of time about task is presented.
