Networking organization is the result of enterprise adapting to fast changing, complex market with the support of modern information technology, and is a new form of organization. In this paper, we first set light the meaning of networking organization; secondly, we systematically study the structure, types, and characteristic and operation mechanism of networking organization, finally, we study the coordinating mechanism with information economic.
