摘要
分析了跨国公司财务管理专题系统的特性 ,阐述一种研究跨国公司财务管理的新方法——整体模型法 ,给出整体模型法的特点 ,设计整体模型法的运作程序 ,应用整体模型法研究跨国公司财务管理的一个专题——“跨国公司财务业绩评价”,为进一步开发跨国公司财务管理的智能系统奠定模型基础。
Financial management in a multinational corporation (MNC) faces special complexity that has no domestic counterpart. Up to now, there is no analysis on integral or systematic model for monographic problems of financial managment in an MNC. It's impossible to solve a matter of overall importance of a monographic problem according to existing methods. In the present paper, we analyze characteristics of monographic systems of financial management in MNCS, expound the new method——the integral model method——to study financial management in MNCS, point out its features, design its operation program, use it to study a monographic problem, the financial performance evaluation system of financial management in MNCS, and lay a foundation to explore a intelligent system of financial management in MNCS.
