摘要
强化企业内部管理 ,优化企业发展战略的选择是实行多元化经营的关键所在。文章从财务管理的角度入手 ,指出财务活动与发展阶段的动态统一是实现这一战略效用最大化的有效途径之一。
It is essential for corporations to enhance the inner-management and to perfect the selection of strategy in diversity-operation. This article points out that the harmony of financial-activities with different developing stages is useful to maximize the utility of diversity-operation strategy.
