解偶联蛋白及其与肥胖的关系研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 能量摄入大于能量消耗是引起肥胖的中心环节。解偶联蛋白 (UCP)通过介导线粒体内膜“质子漏” ,使能量以热量的形式散失 ,影响能量消耗进而影响肥胖的发生。UCP具有调节机体产热 ,维持体温 ;调节能量平衡及底物氧化 ;调节ATP产生速度 ;控制反应性氧产物的产生等生理作用。UCP基因与能量代谢、胰岛素抵抗亦有相关关系 。
