基因敲除技术在2型糖尿病研究中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 基因敲除技术是研究基因功能的重要手段 ,近年来该技术在糖尿病的研究领域中得到普遍应用 ,尤其是条件性基因敲除技术的出现 ,进一步深化了糖尿病候选基因的在体研究。本文介绍基因敲除的基本原理及各种单基因、多基因、组织特异性基因敲除的 2型糖尿病动物模型。
