门控心肌灌注显像对小儿心肌炎诊断价值的探讨 被引量:4

摘要 目的 :探讨SPECT对小儿病毒性心肌炎的诊断价值。方法 :用99mTc-MIBI通过门控心肌灌注显像检查 2 0例病毒性心肌炎和 10例疑似心肌炎患儿的心肌及心功能状况。结果 :2 0例心肌炎组中 ,18例SPECT异常 ,占 90 %。 10例疑似心肌炎组中 ,4例SPECT异常 ,占 40 %。左室收缩功能SPECT显示 ,心肌炎组 11例 ,疑似心肌炎组 2例 ,心肌受损 ,局部室壁运动减弱 ,不协调 ,阳性检出率明显优于心脏彩超。结论 :SPECT对协助诊断、追踪病情演变均有重要价值 ,是小儿病毒性心肌炎有价值的辅助检查项目。 Objective To assess the role of SPECT in the diagnosis of infantile virus myocarditis.Method The myocardium and ventricular function of 20 cases of virus myocarditis and 10 cases who were suspected to suffer from myocarditis were examined by 99m Tc-MIBI through SPECT.Results SPECT of 18 cases in the group of 20 cases were abnormal.The proportion is 90%.SPECT of 4 cases in the group of 10 cases were abnormal.The proportion is 40%.The systolic function of left ventricle of the heart in SPECT showed that,of 11 cases in the group of 20 cases and 2 cases in the group 10 cases,the myocardium were impaired,the movement of some ventricle wall weakened and was not harmonious.The positive rate was greatly higher than the one examined by color ultrasound.Conclusion SPECT is very important in helping to arrive at a correct diagnosis and tracking the state of an illness.It is an important auxiliary examining item in infantile virus myocarditis.
