恶性淋巴瘤患者生存质量测量与评价

Measuring and Assessing the Quality of Life of Patients with Malignant Lymphoma

目的 测量并评价恶性淋巴瘤患者的生存质量 ,并探讨其影响因素。方法 采用EORTCQLQ -C3 0量表对 80例恶性淋巴瘤患者及 80例 (非肿瘤非血液疾病的一般患者 )作为对照组进行生存质量测量和评价 ,并筛选出影响恶性淋巴瘤患者生存质量的主要因素。结果 恶性淋巴瘤患者在角色机能 (RF)、社会机能 (SF)、功能领域、经济状况、淋巴瘤治疗的副作用及总分方面的生存质量均比对照组减低 ,特别在经济状况、淋巴瘤治疗的副作用和总分等方面存在显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 QLQ -C3 0量表适合于我国恶性淋巴瘤患者生存质量的测量和评价 ;恶性淋巴瘤患者的生存质量显著低于对照组 ;患者的职业、经济收入、不良生活习惯、精神心理状况和淋巴瘤治疗的副作用、疾病的复发是影响恶性淋巴瘤患者生存质量的主要因素。

Objective To measure and assessing the quality of life(QOL) of patients with malignant lymphoma,and explore its influencing factors.Methods QOL of 80 patients with malignant lymphoma and 80 controls(non tumor and non blood disease) were marked using EORTC QLQ C30 short form,and the main factors influencing the QOL of patients with malignant lymphoma were found out.Results The QOL of patients with malignant lymphoma was lower than those in the controls in the fields of role function(RF),social function (SF),function fields,economic status,side effect of chemotherapy and the total mark.Especially in the fields of economic status,side effect and the total mark there was obvious difference( P <0.01).Conclusion The QLQ C30 is suitable for measurement of chinese patients with malignant lymphoma.The QOL of patients with malignant lymphoma is significantly lower than those controls in the study.The main influencing factors are profession,income,bad habits,mental and psychology status,side effect of chemotherapy and recrudescence.
