摘要能性月经过多的病人常用刮宫或类固醇激素治疗,对反复发作的病人,使用在宫腔镜下激光或电切除子宫内膜、子宫内膜热球以及全子宫切除等治疗.这些治疗方法要求手术者具备熟练的手术技巧.
