大剂量维生素A和每周补铁改善学前儿童贫血的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :比较铁和维生素A缺乏同时存在地区 ,大剂量补充VA和每周补铁在改善儿童贫血方面的效应。方法 :将筛选出的铁和 /或维生素A缺乏儿童随机分成三组 ,每周分别给予 5 0 0 0 0IU维生素A胶丸、6 0mg元素铁和 10mg维生素B1(对照组 ) ,干预第 5周和第 2 0周观察Hb、血清VA的变化情况。结果 :干预前后 ,补铁组和补VA组 ,Hb值分别升高了 10 4g/L和 8 9g/L ,与对照组比较有显著性差异 ;补维生素A组和补维生素B1组血清VA分别上升 0 137μmol/L、0 10 3μmol/L ,而补铁组血清VA补充前后差异无显著性。结论 :贫血和VA缺乏同时存在地区 ,口服大剂量VA具有同时改善铁和VA营养状况的作用 。 Objective:To compare the efficacy of vitamin A supplementation with weekly iron supplementation on the iron and vitamin A status of preschoolers in suburb Chongqing,China. Methods:183 1~6 years old children who suffered from iron deficient anemia or vitamin A deficiency were randomly divided into three groups,and were arranged to receive 60 mg iron/week or 50 000 IU vitamin A capsule/week or 10 mg vitamin B 1 /week (placebo) for 20 weeks. Results:20 weeks after supplementation,Hb increased significantly in vitamin A group and iron group by 10 4 g/L and 8 9g/L,respectively but there is no difference between the groups ( P >0 05);Serium retinol increased significantly in vitamin A supplement group by 0 137 μmol/L( P <0 01),while the increase of serium retinol in iron supplementation group is not significant( P >0 05) Conclusion:Weekly supplementation of vitamin A capsule has the same effect on the increase of Hb concentration with the weekly supplementation of iron Therefore in the region where IDA and VAD exist at the same time,vitamin A supplementation is one of the good methods to improve the iron and vitamin A nutritional status
