摘要 目的 :建立毛细管气相色谱—电子捕获法 (GC -ECD)测定人血浆中 5 -单硝酸异山梨醇酯 (5 -IM)浓度的方法。方法 :采用HP5 890气相色谱仪 ,弹性石英毛细柱HPUltral,63 Ni电子捕获检测器检测 ,内标为 2 -硝基氯化苯。结果 :5 -单硝酸异山梨醇酯的线性范围为 8~ 80 0 μg/L(r=0 9945 ) ,提取回收率大于 97% ,日内、日间相对偏差均小于 5 %。 结论 :本法操作简单易行 ,可用于血浆中 5 Objective:To establish a gas chromatograph with electron captured detector (GC ECD) assay for the determination of 5 isosorbide mononitrate (5 IM) in human plasma Methods:The plasma levels of 5 IM was analyzed by capillary gas chromatograph with 63 Ni electron captured detector,2 nitro benzene chloride served as the internal standard for quantitation Results:There were good liner correlation in the range of 5 IM 8~800 μg/L (r=0 9945) The extracted recovery was more than 97% and RSD of inter day and intra day were less than 5% Conclusions:The method is simple,accurate and can be used to determine the concentration of 5 IM
