特布他林和布地奈德气雾剂佐治毛细支气管炎临床观察

The clinical observation of budesonide and terbutaline aerosol on the treatment of bronchiolitis

目的 :探讨特布他林和布地奈德气雾剂对毛细支气管炎患儿的辅助治疗效果。方法 :5 6例毛细支气管炎患儿随机分为两组 :对照组常规治疗 ,治疗组在对照组的基础上吸入硫酸特布他林和布地奈德气雾剂。结果 :治疗组在喘憋、发绀、肺部哮鸣音等体征改善的时间比对照组明显缩短 ,差异显著 (P <0 0 1) ;两组患儿治疗前后血清IgG、IgE水平无明显改变 (P >0 0 5 ) ;两组患儿血清皮质醇水平治疗前后无明显差异 (P >0 0 1) ,治疗组未出现声音嘶哑、鹅口疮等。结论 :特布他林和布地奈德气雾剂治疗毛细支气管炎可明显缩短病程 ,有效减轻喘憋、紫绀等 ;治疗剂量内未见不良反应。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Budesonide aerosol +terbutaline sulphate aerosol on the treatment of bronchiolitis in children Methods:56 Patients with bronchiolitis were randomly divided into two groups:28 cases treated with budesonide aerosol + terbutaline sulphate aerosol and 28 cases as the control with the were the same other treatment In order the changes of symptoms and physical signs,were detected and compare the results before and after treatment were compared In orderv to evaluat the therapeutic effect Results:The resolution time of cough,wheezt and rales in the therapeutic group shortened obviously Conclusion:Budesonide aerosol +terbutaline sulphate aerosol as a adjuvant treatment for children with bronchiolitis are effective medicines We have not found any side -effect in those treated with usual dosage It can be used as a normal supplementary treatment
