甲基强的松龙冲击疗法治疗儿童急性特发性血小板减少性紫癜

目的 :探讨中剂量甲基强的松龙冲击疗法对儿童急性特发性血少板减小性紫癜 (ITP)疗效。方法 :34例ITP患儿采用甲基强的松龙 15mg/(kg d)短疗程冲击治疗 ,继之以口服强的松减量维持治疗。结果 :冲击组治疗后血小板数快速升高 ,血小板计数回升速度明显快于对照组 ,止血时间明显短于对照组。结论 :本疗法能在短时间内快速提升血小板计数 ,使出血症状减轻或停止 。
