Clinical observation of cisapride and bifidobacteria on constipation

目的 :探讨治疗便秘较理想的方法。方法 :将 86例便秘患儿随机分为实验组和对照组 ,其中对照组采用改善饮食、补充水份和含纤维食物等治疗 ,实验组在此基础上加用西沙必利和双歧杆菌。结果 :实验组总有效率 90 7% ,明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 0 5 )。结论

Objective: To discuss the ideal method of treating constipation Methods:86 Patients with constipation were randomly divided into experiment group and control group Control group were treated with improved food elements and more water intake and food with affluent cellulose Beside those,experiment group received cisapride and bifidobacteria Results: Experiment group with a total curative rate of 90 7% was much higher than control group ( P <0 005) Conclusion: Cisapride combined with bifidobacteria is an ideal method for constipation
