糖尿病大鼠肺部超微结构的变化

THE CHANGES OF ULTRASTRUCTURE IN LUNGS OF DIABETIC RATS

目的 观察糖尿病大鼠肺部超微结构的变化。 方法 将 2 0只大鼠分为正常对照组和糖尿病组 ,每组 10只。糖尿病组以STZ 6 0mg kg体重腹腔注射制成糖尿病模型。成模 6个月后杀检 ,电镜下观察肺组织的超微结构。 结果 糖尿病大鼠肺泡隔增宽 ,肺间质中胶原和弹性蛋白增生 ,部分肺泡萎缩甚至塌陷 ;肺泡毛细血管管腔狭窄甚至闭锁。糖尿病组大鼠肺泡毛细血管内皮细胞基板的平均厚度比正常对照组明显增厚 (P <0 0 1) ;Ⅱ型肺泡上皮细胞粗面内质网和高尔基复合体的扁平囊扩张。 结论 糖尿病肺部超微结构的变化可能引起呼吸功能异常 ,引发机体缺氧 ,加重糖尿病的各种并发症。

Objective To observe the changes of the ultrastructure in the lungs of the diabetic rats. Method Twenty rats were divided into 2 groups:control (n=10) and diabetic (n=10) groups.Diabetes was induced by a single intraperitoneal injection of STZ (60 mg/kg body weight).The experiment lasted for 6 months.At the end of the study,the ultrastructure of lungs was examined. Results In diabetic lungs,enlargement of alveolar septum,increased collagen and elastin of extracellular matrix and atrophia or collapse of some alveoli were found by the transmission electron micrographys.The capillary lumen became irregular,narrow or even collapsed.The capillary basal lamina of the lungs in diabetic group were thickened compared with that of the control(P<0^01).Dilation of the granular endoplasmic reticulum and enlargement of the vesicles of Golgi complex of type Ⅱ pneumocyte were also observed in diabetic lungs.Conclusion The hypoxia might be induced by the pulmonary dysfunction,which were resulted from the changes of ultrastructure.;
