彩色多谱勒血流显像对胃癌术前分期的价值

The Clinical Value of Color Doppler Flow Imaging in Preoperative Staging for Gastric Cancer

[目的]评价彩色多谱勒血流显像 (以下简称CDFI)对胃癌术前分期的应用价值。[方法]应用彩色多谱勒对97例胃癌病人超声检查并行手术治疗 ,将术前分期与术后病理结果进行分析。[结果]经CDFI术前分期的病例手术切除率为91.8% ,胃癌浸润胃壁的深度 (T)符合率T1、T2、T3、T4 分别为75.0% (9/12)、61.3% (19/31)、85.3% (29/34)、85.0% (17/20) ,区域淋巴结 (N)检出率为78.4% ,对盆腔和肝转移的检出率分别为25.0%和90.9%。[结论]彩超对胃癌术前分期有较高的准确性 ,对治疗决策的制定有指导价值。

To evaluate the color doppler flow imaging (CDFI) in preoperative staging of gastric cancer.Ninety-seven cases with gastric cancer were examined with CDFI and operated.Comparision was made between CDFI and pathological results after operation.The rate of surgical resection was 91.8%. The accuracy of CDFI for depth of invasion(T category) was 75.0%,61.3%,85.3%,85.0% in T1,T2,T3,T4 respectively.The accuracy of CDFI for nodal staging (N category) was 78.4%,the accuracy of CDFI for cancer remove to the pelvic and the liver was 25.0% and 90.9%.[Conclusion]The CDFI examination can provide high accuracy in the preoperative staging of gastric cancer,the result may influence the decision-making and the therapy.
