成人急性白血病血清乳酸脱氢酶检测的临床意义

Clinical Significance of Serum Lactic Dehydrogenase in Adult Acute Leukemia

[目的]观察成人急性白血病(AL)患者血清乳酸脱氢酶(sLDH)变化,以探索其对AL诊断、治疗及预后判断的临床意义。[方法]用速率法动态检测65例AL患者化疗前、完全缓解期sLDH。[结果]成人AL患者治疗前血清LDH显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01) ,完全缓解期恢复正常。治疗前血清LDH升高组完全缓解率、有效率明显低于LDH正常组(P<0.05)。[结论]血清LDH水平可作为成人AL的病情动态观察和疗效。

To study the change of serum lactic dehydrogenase (sLDH )and its clinical significance in patients with adult acute leukemia(AL). Serum LDH levels in 65 cases with adult AL were dynamically measured before chemotherapy and in complete remission period by rate method.The sLDH levels of adult AL patients before chemotherapy were significantly higher than those of normal controls,and fell into normal in complete remission period. The complete remissive rate and the response rate in the high LDH group were lower than those in the normal LDH group.[Conclusions] Serum LDH level may be considered as an important indicator for therapeutic effects and prognosis for adult AL.
