胶质瘤基因治疗的研究进展
Progress in gene therapy for glioma
摘要
随着分子生物学等学科的发展 ,胶质瘤发生、发展的遗传机制正在不断被阐明 ,这使基因治疗有望成为改变胶质瘤临床疗效的新方法。本文对与细胞增殖有关的基因治疗、抗血管生成基因治疗、免疫基因治疗、酶 -前药基因治疗和溶瘤病毒等胶质瘤基因治疗研究的进展作一综述 ,并讨论了目前存在的困难和今后的研究发展趋势。
