Test & ID Technology on the Military

简要概述了机内自检测 (BIT)技术概念及在现代航空武器系统上的应用、国外军用自动测试设备(ATE)发展现状、发展趋势分析 ;针对BIT技术在使用过程中暴露出的虚警率高、诊断能力不足、诊断模糊等问题 ,提出了采用目前流行的综合诊断 (ID)技术 ,并介绍了综合诊断技术的概念、原理、特点。

The concept of BIT technology and its applications on the modern weapon systems are introduced,and situations and development trends of ATE on the Military are simple analyzed.Because BIT technology is of high of false alarm rate and inadequate & fuzzy of diagnostic ability,the ID (integrated diagnostic) technology that is widely used in fields at present is presented.Lastly,the concept and principle and characteristics of ID technology are discussed.
