摘要 提出一种对高速转子轴心位移非接触测量的差动电感式传感器结构 ,分析了传统电桥检测电路的不足 ,设计了一种基于“比率脉宽”调制解调信号检测电路对测量误差进行补偿 ,在此基础上对所研制的传感器的静态、动态性能进行了测试。在控制力矩陀螺上进行初步试验 ,试验结果表明 On the basis of analyzing the shortage of inspecting circuit of traditional electric bridge,a sensor structure of differential inductance style for non-tangent measuring axes displacement of high speed rotor is proposed.An inspecting circuit with modulated and demodulated signal based on ratio pulse width is designed to compensate for measuring error.The static and dynamic characteristic of developed sensor are tested and primary experiment is made on CMG(Control Moment Gyroscope).The result shows that the developed sensor can meet the requirement of axes measuring for high speed rotor of active magnetic bearings with long life which is a key performing component for attitude control of space crafter.
