摘要
考察了制备方法对催化剂活性的影响。评价了活性组分的添加量、操作温度和空速对催化剂活性和选择性的影响。在温度 2 90℃、空速 5 0 0 0h-1条件下 ,催化剂连续使用 2 0 0h性能稳定 ,H2 S转化率和SO2 生成率在 99.9%以上。该催化剂具有优良的性能 ,适合在硫化氢焚烧装置上使用。
The influences of preparation methods on catalyst activity were examined. The effects of the dosage of active components, reaction temperature and gas hourly space velocity on catalyst activity and selectivity were surveyed. During 200 h life test under 290℃ and 5000 h -1 ,the catalyst were keeping high activity,the H 2S conversion rate and SO 2 formation rate achieved 99.9% respectively. The catalyst is excellent and can be applied to H 2S incineration units.
