摘要
山梨醇是以淀粉或蔗糖为原料经水解、氢化制得。目前,全球山梨醇年生产能力达到了150万t,世界上最大的山梨醇生产商是法国的罗盖特公司,年生产能力45万t。2000年我国山梨醇产量也达到了18万t,生产厂约20家,消费量在26万t左右。国内大部分厂家以生产VC用醇为主,VC用醇占山梨醇总消费量的50％左右。本文就我国目前山梨醇市场存在的问题及加入WTO后的情况做了简要分析。
Sorbic alcohol is made from starch or cane sugar through hydrolysis and hydrogenation. At present, the world annual capacity of sorbic alcohol has reached 1. 5 million tons, Roquette of French is the biggest producer with an annual capacity of 0. 45 million tons. In 2000, China S output of sorbic alcohol had reached 0. 18 million tons, there were a-bout 20 producers and the consumption of sorbic alcohol was around 0. 26 million tons. In China, most producers produce the sorbic alcohol which is mainly used in production of VC, the consumption by VC makes up approximately 50% of the total consumption of sorbic alcohol. Chinas current market situation of sorbic alcohol and its'future after China joined the WTO are briefly analyzed in this article.
