摘要
比较了几种无机盐在合成丙酸丁酯中的催化活性 ,结果表明 ,硫酸钛的催化酯化活性最好 ,优化条件如 :酸∶醇 =1.1∶1(mol/mol) ,反应温度 145℃ ,反应时间 1h ,催化剂用量(以丁醇为基数 )为 2 .0 %。优化条件下 ,转化率可达 97%
The catalytic activity of some inorganic salts in esterification of propanoic acid with butanol was compared. The results showed that the catalytic activity of titanium sulphate was very good. The optimun condition was as follows: molar ratio of propanoic acid to butanol 1.1∶1,reaction temperature 145℃,reaction time 1h, the amount of titanium sulphate 2.0%. In the condition, the yield was 97%.
