摘要
以结晶性聚合物聚 4 -甲基戊烯 - 1(PMP)为膜材质 ,制备了PMP均质膜 ,研究了其分子结构与其对二氯甲烷、三氯甲烷和 1,2 -二氯乙烯等氯代烃有机液 /水混合体系的渗透汽化 (PV )特性间的关系 ,并进行了理论解释 .
In the search for a good membrane material, poly(4-m ethylpentene-1)(PMP)has been prepared. Its pervaporation characteristics in ext racting volatile organic solvents such as dichloromethane, chloroform and 1,2-di chloroethane from water have been investigated. The membrane showed good perform ance for separating 0.62% (mass fraction)chloroform/water liquid mixture at 50 ℃ and 100 Pa, the selectivity reaching a value of 656.7 while the flux was a bout 158.35 g/(m^2·h). The relationship between membrane properties and perme ation behavior was studied, and some theoretical interpretation of the results i s presented.
