涤粘亚麻弹力织物前处理工艺探讨与生产实践

DISCUSSION ON THE PRETREATMENT TECHNIQUEOF POLYESTER VISCOSE FLAX ELASTIC FABRICSAND ITS MANUFACTURING PRACTICE

涤粘亚麻弹力织物由于其组成复杂,前处理加工难度大,应用传统的练漂工艺难以达到理想的效果。我们综合考虑各种纤维的性能,采用适当的工艺,使产品手感丰满、回弹性好、穿着舒适。生产实践证明该工艺是可行的。

Conventional scouring and bleaching technolgy wont get ideal effect if used to polyester/viscose/flax elastic fabrics because the composition of fabrics is complex and its pretreatment is difficult.In this paper,we considered all of their properlies and took suitable technology,then the products have full handle,good elasticity and is also very comfortable for wearing.It is a feasible technology proved by mannfacturing practice.
