摘要
研究了不同浓度苯酚处理 2 4h后对革胡子鲇血液指标的影响。结果表明 ,苯酚浓度为 5~ 3 0 mg/L 时能使鱼红血球数、血红蛋白值、红细胞脆性值、血浆晶体渗透压及血浆电导率下降。苯酚浓度越高 ,下降幅度越大。而红细胞沉降率随苯酚浓度增高而增大。 2 0 mg/L 浓度的苯酚处理 2 4h后鱼红细胞体积变小。
The effects of phenol on hematological properties of catfish (Clarias leather) were investigated, results are as follows: after exposure to solutions of 5~30 mg/L phenol for 24 hours, the number of red blood cells, heamoglobin content, erythrocyte osmotic fragility, plsma osmotic pressure and the plsma electrical conductivity of catfish all decreased but the erythrocyte sedimentation rate increased gradually with the increasing of concentration of phenol; and the size of erythrocyte decreased with the concentration of 20 mg/L phenol. The results were discassed.
