摘要
建立了浮法玻璃熔窑内传热与流动的三维数学模型 ,研究了不同保温情况对玻璃液流场、熔窑热平衡及玻璃熔化质量的影响。对熔化部保温可以起到改善玻璃熔化质量。
This paper describes a three dimensional mathematical model about the heat transfer and flow in float glass tanks, and discusses the influence of different heat insulation on the flow field, the thermal equilibrium of the furnace and the glass refining. The results show that heat insulation of melting zone can improve the glass refining quality and decrease the consumed energy.
