异长春花碱联合顺铂治疗27例晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Combination of Vinorelbine and Cisplatin in the Treatment of 27 Cases of Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

目的 :探讨异长春花碱加顺铂联合化疗方案对晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效和毒性反应。方法 :2 7例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者应用联合方案化疗 ,异长春花碱 2 5mg/m2 ,第 1、8天 ;顺铂 30mg/m2 ,第 1～ 3天 ,结果 :Ⅲ期和Ⅳ期病人有效率分别为 5 3 3%和 5 0 0 % ,总有效率 5 1 9% ,初治病人有效率为 6 6 7% ,复治病人有效率只有33 3%。主要不良反应为骨髓抑制 ,Ⅲ -Ⅳ度白细胞减少占 2 5 9%。结论 :异长春花碱加顺铂对晚期非小细胞肺癌有较好疗效 。

Objective: To study the effects and side effects of vinorelbine and cisplatin combination on patients with advanced non small cell lung cancer(NSCLC). Methods:Twenty seven patients with advanced NSCLC received combined chemotherapy of vinorelbine 25 mg/m 2 on day1,8, and cisplatin 30mg/m 2 on day1 3.Results:The response rate of stage Ⅲ patients was 53.3% and that of stageⅣ patients was 50.0%,The response rate was 66.7% in patients with no prior chemotherapy,and the response rate of 33.3% was achieved in patients who had been given prior treatment.The main toxicity was GradeⅢ-Ⅳ leukopenia (25.9%)Conclusion:Combination of vinorelbine and cisplatin is well tolerated and effective in the treatment of advanced NSCLC.
