摘要
目的 :观察89Sr(氯化锶 )治疗骨转移癌引起疼痛的效果。方法 :对 2 0例确认为骨转移癌患者静注89Sr 35～ 4 0 μci/kg ,隔 3～ 4个月重复。 结果 :止痛显效 16例 ,有效 2例 ,无效 2例 ,有效率 90 % (18/2 0在二周内获效 ) ,止痛时间最长者 6个月 ,无明显骨髓抑制 ,结论
Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of 89 Sr on relieving pain due to metastatic bone tumor. Methods: 89 Sr 35μci/kg～40μci/kg given by iv infusion.The treatment was repeated at 3～4 months intervals Results:Complete relief of pain was observed for 16 patients,partial relief for 2 patients.No rielef for 2 patient.The therapeutic effect was achieved in 90% of the patients within 2 weeks Conclusion: 89 Sr is a good pain reliever for patients with metastatic cancer of the bone
