腹壁牵引线辅助下二孔腹腔镜在胆囊切除术中的应用

Laparoscopic cholecystectomy by means of abdomen wall traction stitch

目的 探讨二孔腹腔镜胆囊切除手术的临床应用。方法 采用腹壁牵引线辅助下完成腹腔镜胆囊切除手术。结果 17例患者采用此术式顺利完成手术 ,1例术后发生胆漏 ,术后第 3天再次腹腔镜手术 ,痊愈出院。

Objective To study the clinical application of two pore laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC).Methods Laparoscopic cholecystectomy was performed by means of abdomen wall traction stitch.Results Among the 17 patients undertaking successful cholecystectomy,one patient presented biliary fistula,reoperation was performed smoothly at the third post operative day through laparoscopic surgery and the patient was fully recovered.Conclusions Two pore laparoscopic cholecystectomy can be applied successfully in some patients with the help of abdomen wall traction stitch.
