经尿道电汽化术治疗浅表性膀胱癌临床研究

Transurethral electrovaporization of superficial bladder carcinoma

目的 探讨经尿道电汽化术 (TVBt)治疗浅表性膀胱移行细胞癌的疗效。方法 总结 1997年 10月至 2 0 0 0年 12月应用TVBt治疗浅表性膀胱移行细胞癌 5 2例。结果 5 2例肿瘤均一次切除 ,手要时间 15～35min ,平均 2 0min。 1例膀胱穿孔。随访 12个月～ 36个月 ,平均随访 2 2个月 ,复发 12例 (2 3% )。结论 TVBt术创伤小、出血少、视野清晰 ,汽化深度可靠 。

Objective The purpose of this paper was to evaluate the effect and safety of treatment for superficial transitional cell bladder carcinoma(TCC) by transurthral electrovaporization of bladder tumor(TVBt).Methods From Oct.1997 to Dec.2000,TVBt was performed in 52 patients with TCC.Results The tumors of every case were resected at one time,and the operative time was 15～35 minutes,with an average of 20 minutes.One patient had bladder perforation.The patients were followed up for 12～36 months,the average time was 22 months,and there were 12 recurrent cases.Conclusions TVBt is effective and safe for TCC.In the operation,hemorrhage is a less,complication is less.
