摘要
对 12 8 1例车祸伤患者在 CT检查中存在的各种不同心理反应进行心态分析 ,情绪性休克者占 6 7.1% ,紧张恐惧者占 34.3% ,自卑失望者占 4 7.6 % ,情感转移者占 5 1% ,经给与相应的对策 ,使 80 %的患者获得心理支持。
This paper reports that various psychic reaction occurred in 1 281 wounded persons undergoing CT examination as a result of road accidents. Of these, the emotionally shocked was 67.1 %, the catatonic caused by fear 34.3 %, the self abased 47.6 %,and the emotion shifted 51 %. With corresponding measures taken, 80 % of the patients received psychological support.
