摘要
目的 探讨不同种类维生素对大鼠血浆胆固醇及脂质过氧化作用的影响。方法 各组大鼠均灌胃给予胆固醇乳化剂 ,并在饮水中加入 0 .5 %的蛋氨酸 ,同时各实验组分别给予相应维生素 ,对照组给予等量的生理盐水 ,连续 4周。用酶法和TBA荧光测定法分别检测血清胆固醇和脂过氧化物的水平。结果 维生素E、C、B6、B12 及叶酸单用或联用均能显著降低血清脂过氧化物的水平 ,其中维生素C、B6、B12 +叶酸还有降低血清胆固醇的作用。
Objetive To study the influences of various vitamins on serum cholesterol and lipidperoxidation in rats.Methods The rats with hypercholesterolemia and methionine load were fed with either various vitamins as experimental groups or physiological saline as the control group for 4 weeks. The levels of plasma cholesterol and lipoperoxides were detected by enzymic method and TBA fluorometry Results The levels of plasma lipoperoxides decreased significantly in vitami E,C,B 6 and B 12 alone and plus folacin groups. The levels of plasma cholesterol also decreased significantly in vitamin C, B 6 and B 12 alone and plus folacin groups.Conclusion The vitamins supplementation can be play a certain role in resolusion of atherosclerosis risk factosr,and it may be favourable for preventing atherosclerosis initiation and development.
