一氧化氮介导小鼠急性缺氧窒息引起的脑组织损伤 被引量:1

摘要 目的 研究小鼠缺氧窒息后脑组织一氧化氮 (NO)含量的动态变化。方法  40只小鼠随机分成 5组 ,缺氧组放入密闭瓶中使其缺氧 ,然后观察不同时间脑组织中NO含量的变化。结果 缺氧 30min后NO含量开始升高 ,与对照组比较存在明显差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,48h后NO含量达到高峰 ,72h后NO含量开始下降。结论 小鼠急性缺氧后脑组织NO含量明显升高 。 Objective To observe the dynamic change of nitric oxide(NO) contents in the cerebral tissues of mices of anoxia asphyxia.Methods Forty mices were divided randomly into five groups ,and anoxic modles were established by putting them in airtight bottles in four asphyxia groups,then the changes of NO contents in the cerebral tissues at different time after asphyxia were observed.Result The contents of NO began to increase at 30 minutes after asphyxia,there exists obviously difference compared with the control groups(P<0.05).The contents of NO reache to maxmin at 48 hours after asphyxia,and then the contents of NO began to decease after 72 hours.Conculsion After actue asphyxia the content of NO increases significantly,and maybe NO mediates brain injury induced by acute asphyxia in mice.
