职校学生职业生涯设计初探

目前，职校学生存在着职业定位不明、核心技能不突出的问题，致使就业缺乏竞争力。而职业生涯设计恰是解决此问题的重要工具。通过职业生涯设计，使学生从入校起就有明确的职业定位和目标指向，进而确立努力方向，提高自身的核心竞争力，赢得就业的主动权。

At present ,some problems such as equivocal career anchor and unoutstanding core compe-tence exist in the vocational school students and result in lacking competitive power of employment.Through designing career planing,students have had unequivocal career anchor since they went to school.On the basis of career planning,students strive for achieving at their aims and im proving their own core competence and gain em ployment leverage.
