The article mainly discusses the essential position of information-basedstock in logistics' and enterprises' informationization. Stock's informationization should be accompanied with systematic view and supply chain idea, should workfor the e-commerce and it can never be isolated. Its system construction should reflect the rational division of logistics, and conform to its development as well. The information-based stock with the e-commerce, just as logistics with e-commerce,cannot be divided in working.
