How to Prevent the Risks in Dealing with Import and Export Trade

随着我国加入世贸组织,越来越多的企业将会从事对外贸易业务。其不同于国内贸易,涉及到不同的制度、法律、政策措施与贸易惯例,情况错综复杂,极容易产生种种风险,如果不采取恰当的方法加以防范,必然会给进出口企业带来不必要的损失。如何防范这些风险,将是外贸企业面临的重要课题。还分析了对外贸易所面临的主要风险及这些风险产生的原因,并着重提出防止这些风险的措施,即信用风险、价格风险和货币风险的防范。

With the entry of WTO, more and more Chinese enterprises are dealing with foreign trade business. Foreign trade is quite different from domestic trade, It relates to different system, law, policy and trade custom. In this case foreign trade is very complicated task and will result in all sorts of risks. If we don't adopt proper ways to prevent the risk, our foreign enterprises will definitely suffer a lot. How to avoid these risks is the main subject which our foreign enterprise are facing. This paper analyses the chief risks which our foreign enterprises are facing and the causes of the risks .It emphatically point out how to keep a look out for the risks, that is credit risk, price risk and currency risk.
