摘要
本文结合鞍山市矿产资源自然赋存状况和开发利用现状 ,提出了加强地质勘查 ,增加资源储备 ;规模开发、集约经营 ;技术创新 ,科技兴矿 ;提高矿业经济效益 ,推进矿山环境保护等五大战略构想。并论述了形成这五大战略构想的基础 ,实施这五大战略构想的必要性、可行性及其实施措施、对策。
In the light of current situation of natural reserve, development and utilization of mineral resources in the city of Anshan, The paper puts forward five strategic concepts in the following: Strengthening geological prospecting and increasing resources reserves, developing in scale and intensive management, innovating technology and revitalizing the mining industry with science & technology, promoting economic results of mining industry and improving mine environmental protection. It also discusses the necessity, feasibility and countermeasures for implementing the five strategic concepts.
