摘要
文章从体制、机制、经营三个方面分析了地勘单位的现状与WTO规则的矛盾。提出了地勘单位为适应入世的要求 ,应从转换体制和机制入手 ,实行股份制 ,建立现代企业制度和法人治理结构。并利用国内外两个市场 ,开发人力资源 ,发展企业文化 ,增强市场竞争力 ,以应对入世挑战。
The article analyses the contradiction between the current situation of geological prospecting unit and the rules of WTO from three aspects. In order to meet the demand and challenge after WTO accession, geological prospecting unit should begin working on changing its system and mechanism, institute stock system, and establish contemporary enterprise system and legal management structure. And it can use domestic and foreign markets, develop human resources, expand enterprise culture and boost market competitive.
