摘要
本文以地质灾害概念为基点 ,把地质灾害承灾体易损性理论与地质灾害防治规划的实际需要紧密结合 ,提出并论证了具有可操作性的地质灾害承灾体易损性概念和评价指标。
Based on the concept of geological hazard, the article closely combines the theory of vulnerability of hazard-bearing body with the actual demand of prevent planning of geological hazard. It also proves this theory's controllability and target of evaluation.
