摘要
目的 :对龙舌兰发酵叶汁的化学成分进行研究 ,寻找新的活性物质。方法 :利用正反相硅胶柱色谱分离 ,根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据鉴定结构。结果 :分离并鉴定了 3个甾体化合物 ,确定其结构为 (2 5R) 5α 螺甾烷 3β ,6α ,2 3α 三醇 6 O β D 吡喃葡萄糖苷 (1) ,(2 5R) 5α 螺甾烷 3β ,6α ,2 3α 三醇 3,6 二 O β D 吡喃葡萄糖苷 (cantalasaponin 1) (2 )和 (2 5R) 5α 螺甾烷 3β ,6α,2 3α 三醇 (红光皂苷元 ) (3)。 结论 :化合物 1为一新化合物 ,命名为龙舌兰苷C。
Objective: To investigate the constituents of fermented leaves of Agave americana , and discover new compounds. Method: Compounds were purified with silica gel and C 8 reverse-phase silica gel column chromatography. The structures were elucidated by chemical and spectroscopic evidence. Result: Three steroidal compounds were obtained and their structures were identified as (25 R ) 5α spirostan 3β,6α,23α triol 6 O β D glucopyranoside(1),(25 R ) 5α spirostan 3β,6α,23α triol 3,6 di O β D glucopyranoside (cantalasaponin 1)(2) and (25 R ) 5α spirostan 3β,6α,23α triol(hongguanggenin)(3). Conclusion: Compound 1 is new compound, named agamenoside C.
