中西医结合治疗坐骨结节滑囊炎32例疗效观察

Treatment of 32 cases of ischial tuberosity bursitis by combined traditional Chinese and western medicine

目的 观察中西医结合治疗坐骨结节滑囊炎的临床疗效。方法 47例坐骨结节滑囊炎患者随机分为 2组 ,对照组 1 5例单用西医方法 ,以坐骨结节滑囊炎穿刺抽液 ,并注入确炎舒松和普鲁卡因治疗 ,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用阳和汤加减。 2组均 1 0日为1个疗程 ,5个疗程后统计疗效。结果 治疗组总有效率 96.9% ,对照组总有效率 73.3% ,2组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 中西医结合治疗坐骨结节滑囊炎疗效确切。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine on ischial tuberosity bursitis. Methods 47 patients with ischial tuberosity bursitis were randomly divided into two groups ,15 patients in treatment group were treated only by routine western medicine ,injecting triamcinolni acetonidi acetatis and procaine after tapping from ischial tuberosity; 32 patients in treatment group, based on the treatment in control group, were treated with Yanghe decoction, with a treatment course of ten days for both groups. The therapeutic effects were evaluated after five treatment courses. Results The total effective rate was 96.9 % in treatment group and 73.3 % in control group, there was significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Combined traditional Chinese and western medicine is effective in treating ischial tuberosity bursitis.
